The constituency is amongst the most diverse in the country, providing a snapshot of modern life in the UK. New housing estates, quiet suburbs, green belt villages and bustling,
fashionable cosmopolitan districts all feature in this historic part of West London.

world headquarters of Samsung and Glaxo Smith Kline and a massive Sky TV studio. Fullers Brewery in Chiswick has been producing beer for over 350 years. Nearby, Heathrow International Airport
provides much employment for people who live here and a stream of tourists for local hotels and businesses.
Since 1997, the constituency’s overall employment rate has increased by four percent, around three times the national average, with 700 more women in work and long-term and
youth unemployment down 85% and 81% respectively. 2,700 families are being supported with Tax Credits and over four thousand young children have taken up their child trust fund to help them save
for the future. (If you haven’t yet and would like further information, click here).
